The Icom M72 handheld VHF radio is a 6-watt handheld VHF with about 15 hours of operating time. Packed into the stylish compact M72 body is a 2000mAh lithium-ion battery and large, high intensity display. The Icom M72 is waterproof to IPX8 standards, which means it is submersible to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Icom has included a built in 32 code voice scrambler in each M72 for privacy in your conversations.
