Raymarine SmartPilot connect to hydraulic steering systems using a rugged hydraulic pump matched to the capacity of the hydraulic steering system. To match a Raymarine SmartPilot hydraulic pump to your vessel you need to know the size (in cc) of the hydraulic cylinder ram(s) that is mounted to the rudder on inboard engines
boats, or mounted to the drive unit on outboard engines boats. Your steering system documentation will have this information.

 
Type CR 12 Volt
The Constant Running pump provides an ideal drive system for large boats and heavy duty steering applications. It is primarily designed for use on boats with an existing hydraulic steering system.Type CR (4.5L) 12V Constant Running Pump for hydraulic steering rams between 22-73 cubic inches (350-1200cc) capacity.

 

Type CR 24 Volt
The Constant Running pump provides an ideal drive system for large boats and heavy duty steering applications. It is primarily designed for use on boats with an existing hydraulic steering system. Alternatively, you can use this pump on a boat with mechanical steering in conjunction with a secondary steering ram and bypass valve. Raymarine SmartPilots interface to hydraulic steering systems using a rugged hydraulic pump that is matched to the capacity of your vessel’s hydraulic steering system. To match a Raymarine hydraulic pump to your vessel you need to learn the size (in cubic inches) of the actual hydraulic cylinder ram or rams that are mounted rudder on inboard engine boats or the ram mounted to the drive on outboard engine boats. Your steering system documentation will have this information.

i70’s advanced LED backlighting offers lower power consumption; delivering vibrant colour and contrast whilst using up to 35% less power than other colour instruments.


at-a-glance’ In another ‘world first’ for Raymarine, the i70 instrument has the ability to act as an AIS repeater, showing the 25 closest AIS transmitting vessels and enabling vessel information to be obtained from individually selected targets. This new AIS display is an invaluable extra visual reference and adds to situational awareness for all on board.

Fishermen will find the wide range of fishing patterns especially useful, freeing them up to concentrate on their surroundings and the all-important fish. Simrad AP24 Mechanical Helm Drive Autopilot System contains all the necessary components for a complete cable-steering autopilot set up. The key component in this kit is the Type-S Helm drive that replaces the manual drive used on a typical cable steer Boat. It is directly compatible with the Morse 290 steering helm but has it’s own bezel kit and can be easily retrofitted to most set ups using the cable and steering wheel that is already on the boat.
