Raymarine e7D Touchscreen Digital Sonar

The e7D is exclusively tailored for fisherman. It features a built-in dual frequency HD digital sonar capable of depths up to 3,000ft. The HD digital sonar homes in on fish and shows structure with astonishing transparency. It can be connected to thru hull or in-hull transom transducers, and for bass anglers, it can connect to Minn Kota's Universal Sonar trolling motor transducer using an optional e7D adaptor cable.

The e7D Sonar has a sleek, clean shape with HybridTouch widescreen for maximum viewing from every angle, in addition to a "hidden" microSD memory card slot and silicone flexible sun cover. The advanced LED back lighting provides low power consumption yet maximum vibrant colour and contrast. Along with the new screen technology and easy-to-use controls, you can use the new "LightHouse User Interface" technology to easily customise the display to your boating needs.


One of the main new features is that you can transform your iPad or iPhone 4 into a remote viewer for the e7D Sonar. Thanks to the video streaming capability, you can view sonar, radar, charts and thermal imaging simultaneously from anywhere on-board. All you need is the integrated Wi-Fi connection from the e7D Sonar and the "Raymarine Viewer" App from Apple iTunes App Store.


Designed for how boaties think an additional benefit of the e7D Sonar is that the screen can be viewed by polarised sunglasses. This is attributed to the new "Sport Optic Friendly" technology. No longer will you have to take off your sunglasses to see the "blacked-out" screen.


The e7D Sonar can offer networking with up to six displays plus accessories. So, with this networking, it is easier to integrate your video, HD Digital radar and thermal imaging camera for maximum safety whilst sailing.


Another exciting new feature that the e7D Sonar encompasses, is a built in, high sensitivity GPS that has 48 channels at your disposal. Also, as an option, the e7D Sonar can include a high quality Navionics microSD memory card. Using the new "Navionics TurboView" technology, you can experience opulent chart graphics and 3D textures along. Thanks to the integrated dual core processor, the e7D Sonar is 3x faster than the multifunction predecessor displays, so you can observe the graphics with swift screen redraws.
