The Icom M72 handheld VHF radio is a 6-watt handheld VHF with about 15 hours of operating time. Packed into the stylish compact M72 body is a 2000mAh lithium-ion battery and large, high intensity display. The compact size of the M72 allows for a comfortable grip and lightweight design, weighing only 9.9 oz with the battery. The Icom M72 is waterproof to IPX8 standards, which means it is submersible to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Icom has included a built in 32 code voice scrambler in each M72 for privacy in your conversations. The Icom M72 features all Australian, US and International Channels, programmable "TAG" scanning, instant channel 16/9 access, Dual/Tri watch modes, optional external Mic, and much more.
